Yes, we use stretch wrap and pads for protecting your upholstered and non-upholstered furniture.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. (No personal checks)
Q. Do you require a deposit on an interstate move?
No, we do not require a deposit on interstate moves.
Q. Do you hire day laborers?
No, all of our employees are experienced personnel of American Van & Storage Corp.
Q. Can you pack and move me on the same day?
Yes it is possible, however, you will need to discuss the details with your sales representative. If there is a significant amount of packing, it should be done the day before the move.
Q. How much notice do I need to give you before I move?
Scheduling is always first come first serve...between May and September we prefer as much notice as you can, as these months book up fast. (notify us as soon as you know) In the fall and winter months, two weeks notice is usually a good amount of time.
