Dear American Van & Storage:

Thank you to all who assisted and facilitated our move.  To Don, who provided the estimate and set things up in the way we needed it to be.  To Corie, who walked me through the business end of the deal and again worked with me to make everything as easy as possible.

We would especially like to thank the three men who actually move us.  John, Rich and Kenny.  These men WORKED.  They did everything to make us feel like we were valued customers and certainly took time to ease our stress.  These guys did everything we asked of them and more.  We could not be happier with their kindness, caring, ability and strength.

For my friend, Marilyn, a special thank you to Kenny.  Her car broke down in front of our new house.  Kenny discussed the problem and offered a solution that turned out to be a good one for her.  Ken suggested a local mechanic who came and towed her vehicle then did the repair, all for a very affordable price.  This could have turned into a monster situation.

Moving under the best of circumstances is stressful, tiring, and just plain uncomfortable.  Your people did everything, everything, everything in their power and ability to provide us with the best experience available.  For this we are grateful and appreciative.

You folks are great!!!  We will be telling everyone to consider American Van and Storage when planning their next move.

I would like to commend American Van and Storage for the excellent service rendered on December 30^th.  The crew of Jeff, Dave, Barry, and John surpassed my expectations.  I have moved many times, but this was by far the best moving experience.  The crew was respectful of my home and my family.  They were very careful not to hit the walls with the furniture, plus made sure we were happy with the placement.

In addition, I would like to thank Robert Boyer for his professionalism and follow through.  Not only did he check out the move site ahead of time, he also visited during the day of the actual move to ensure everything was going smoothly.

Dear Mr. Bennett,

On Tuesday, December 2^nd and Thursday, December 4^th, we were moved from our old home to our new residence.  We were very pleased with the team that moved us.  They were careful and thoughtful and did their jobs professionally.  Their names - Jeff K., Barry, Rich K. and Dave C.
